Select your new plan

Confirm and pay

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Select the lower plan

Confirm your choice

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Check your current usage against new plan limits

Export or archive documents if reducing storage

Team members may lose access on lower plans
